Shipping policy

All items are processed and shipped within 5-7 days after your confirmation order has been received.  Processing times do not include weekend and holidays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, shipping time is calculated when your order has shipped and not when the order was placed.  You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.  Updates to tracking information can take 24-48 hours.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once your item has been picked up by shipping carrier. Be sure to double check all shipping information is correct before completing your order.  If your item is lost or stole you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
